Eda Yakmaz Aydın, Lawyer, Arbiter, and Founder:
Eda specializes in Individual and Collective Labor Law, Foreigners Law, Administrative Law, Human Rights, Real Estate Law, Insurance Law, and Commercial Law. She graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law, completed her Master’s Degrees in the Human Rights Law Program at Istanbul Bilgi University, and the “International Cooperation on Human Rights and Intercultural Heritage” program at the University of Bologna. Eda has been working as a lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar Association since 2010 and as an Expert Mediator under the Ministry of Justice Mediation Department since 2017.
She is fluent in Turkish, English, and Italian and is a member of the Hayat Onlus Associazione in Bologna, Italy.
Nidjad Khamedov, Consultant:
Nidjad graduated from MGIMO University (Moscow State Institute of International Relations) with a degree in Public International Law in 2009. He completed his master’s degree in the same department and has worked in strategic, technical, and operational roles in the context of Foreigners Law, Immigration Law, Humanitarian Aid, and development for the UN and other international organizations in Thailand, Cambodia, Uzbekistan, Italy, and Russia.
Nidjad is fluent in Turkish, Russian, Uzbek, Azerbaijani, and English.
Albane Akyüz, Consultant:
Albane graduated from Paris 2 Pantheon-Assas University with a Master’s degree in European and Comparative Law. Since 2015, she has been working in the fields of Foreigners Law, Work and Residence Permits, Citizenship Applications, and Immigration Law.
Albane is fluent in Turkish, French, and English.
Virginia Sarotto, Consultant:
Virginia graduated from the Political Science Department of the University of Bologna and is the President of the Hayat Onlus Association founded in the city of Bologna. She is the executive of various projects on social, economic, and political relations between Turkey and Europe. Virginia provides consultancy on Foreigners Law, Immigration Law, citizenship, and residence procedures between Italy and Turkey.
She is fluent in Italian, French, and English.
